Fundraising with sweetness!

Your group or organization deserves a great fundraiser! With a chance to keep up to $1.75 per cup sold, we can assure Spun Puffs will be of great help in achieving your team’s goals. At Spun Puffs, we pride ourselves in offering a unique cotton candy experience. From classics, gourmet, to spicy, we are sure your customers will find their favorite flavors!

Fundraisers are scheduled to start seven (7) weeks prior to the pickup date. Availability is limited throughout the year and is based on the number of people selling and on a first-come basis. Your group does not have to be non-profit to fundraise with Spun Puffs, as long as minimum order quantities are met. Fundraising groups pre-sell our cotton candy cups and collect payment ($4.00 per cup) with order forms provided by us. Current flavors may vary and will be decided upon approval of your fundraiser. Haven’t experienced Spun Puffs? We offer cotton candy jars for purchase at our store in the case you’d like to try some before making your choices. Not all fundraising flavors are available in store/stock.

Helping your group achieve their goal is our priority! Remember, all cups have a donation amount of $4.00 when selling to your customers. The amount of profit you are able to earn is based on the total amount of cups the team sells. Below you will find your cost per cup based on the quantity sold. We currently require a minimum order of 300 cups for all fundraising orders.

300-400 CUPS | $2.75 COST PER CUP | YOUR PROFIT = $1.25 PER CUP

401-600 CUPS | $2.50 COST PER CUP | YOUR PROFIT = $1.50 PER CUP

601+ CUPS | $2.25 COST PER CUP | YOUR PROFIT = $1.75 PER CUP

Your group will select two flavors from each category for a total of eight flavors for your fundraiser.

On average, based on prior fundraisers, you can expect each team member to sell 10-12 cups. Since we have a storefront to stock, there are some months in which we may not allow fundraisings such as December, February, and May. Please plan accordingly and allow seven (7) weeks prior to the date you’d like your order ready. All orders must be paid in full upon submission, with no exemptions. Payments may be submitted in cash, debit/credit card, and check (only available for non-profit organizations and must be under the company’s name). If paying via check, your order date will be as of the date check is cleared. A tax-exempt form (01-339 Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate / Exemption Certification) is required for all non-profit organizations and must be submitted upon approval. Sales tax will be added to all orders for organizations/groups that are for profit.

Our fundraising program is currently open to profit and non-profit organizations/groups that are able to pick up their orders in-store. Please note: At the present time we are only able to work on prepaid fundraising orders. Please check with your accounting department prior to committing to the fundraiser to make sure they allow for prepayment of goods. No exemptions will be made.
